Yesterday I posted a review of Arby’s breakfast on my site. Besides the obvious food critique, I’d like to think the article features some decent stabs at comedy and clever references. Or, maybe I’m just a dork? This month’s daily pictures are an eclectic collection; today’s photo was taken at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park in Hamilton, OH.
I’m job-hunting once again. I applied at six places yesterday, and will be filling out more applications soon. Why is looking for a job such an arduous process?
In good news, Amanda and I just purchased tickets to fly to Florida for a week in mid-March. We’re going to Walt Disney World (my first time!) and visiting Magical Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, and Epcot. We’re also going to hit up some restaurants and bars; all that being said, I should come away from this trip with a lot of new material for my site. I’m obsessed with traveling, and am looking forward to a week with no classes, boring professors, pop-up ads, studying, annoying neighbors, etc. Undoubtedly, I’ll be digressing about the trip more in the foreseeable future.
Is there anything going on in Cincinnati this weekend? I know there’s a free orchestra performance in Oxford tonight celebrating Mozart’s 250th birthday. Last Thursday, I went to Margarita’s with Amanda and we spent the entire night drinking and being mischievous. That doesn’t sound like a bad plan… perhaps a repeat performance?
I’m getting ready to watch the film Stupeur et tremblements (2003) then resolutely get some sleep afterwards. I don’t have class until 4:00PM on Thursday, so maybe I’ll score some extra sleep.
